Shipping Policy - Deadfall Creations Store

Thank you for choosing Deadfall Creations! We are excited for you to receive your  items. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our processes and timelines.

Processing Time:

All orders placed with Deadfall Creations require a processing time of 3 to 5 business days before they are shipped. This time frame allows us to carefully prepare, package, and ensure the quality of  the product. Please note that business days do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or Canadian statutory holidays.

Shipping Time:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 10 to 30 business days for delivery. Please understand that shipping times can vary depending on your location and potential delays within the postal system that are outside of our control. These delays may include but are not limited to:

 * Customs processing

 * Postal service disruptions

 * Weather conditions

Shipping Methods:

We primarily utilize standard shipping methods for all orders. We will select the most appropriate carrier based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination. You will be able to view the shipping costs before finalizing your purchase.

Shipping Destinations:

Deadfall Creations is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Tracking Your Order:

You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

Deadfall Creations takes great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, in the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please retain all packaging materials and any damaged items for potential inspection by the carrier.

 * Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by their country's customs regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.
