Processing Time:
All orders placed with Deadfall Creations require a processing time of 3 to 5 business days before they are shipped. This time frame allows us to carefully prepare, package, and ensure the quality of the product. Please note that business days do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or Canadian statutory holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 10 to 30 business days for delivery. Please understand that shipping times can vary depending on your location and potential delays within the postal system that are outside of our control. These delays may include but are not limited to:

However, in the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please retain all packaging materials and any damaged items for potential inspection by the carrier.
